1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at plumberseoservices.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by Plumber SEO Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our Site, submitting a contact or audit request form, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, clients, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Site.

2. Description of Services

Plumber SEO Services provides digital marketing services exclusively for plumbing companies operating in the United States. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Pay-Per-Click advertising management (Google Ads)
  • Website design and development
  • Content creation and on-page optimization
  • Link building and citation management
  • SEO audits and reporting

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any paid engagement will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (“SOW”) provided to you before work begins. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW shall take precedence.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for plumbing business owners, operators, and authorized representatives who are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts in the United States. By using our Site or engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion, including businesses operating outside the plumbing industry or in violation of applicable law.

4. Free SEO Audit Policy

We offer a complimentary SEO audit to qualifying plumbing businesses. By requesting a free audit, you agree to the following:

  • The audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase any paid service.
  • The audit reflects the state of your online presence at the time of review and is provided for informational purposes only.
  • Audit findings are our professional assessment and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.
  • By submitting the audit request form, you consent to being contacted by our team via email or phone to discuss your results.
  • We reserve the right to decline an audit request at our discretion.

The free audit is a one-time offering per business. Submitting multiple requests for the same business does not entitle you to additional audits.

5. Payments & Fees

Pricing

All pricing for paid services will be clearly communicated to you before any work begins. Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as specified in your Service Agreement. Late payments may result in a suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.

Refunds

Because SEO and digital marketing services involve significant time, labor, and third-party costs, all fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Any exceptions will be explicitly stated in your Service Agreement.

Month-to-Month Engagements

If your engagement is month-to-month, either party may cancel by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month after a valid cancellation notice is received.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Important: SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google algorithm updates, competition in your market, the age and authority of your website, and how quickly you implement our recommendations.

While we have a strong track record of helping plumbing companies improve their search rankings and generate more leads, we do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic level, number of leads, or revenue outcome. Any projections or estimates we provide are based on past performance and industry data and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.

We are not responsible for penalties imposed by Google or other search engines resulting from actions taken by you or any third party outside of our direct engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Plumber SEO Services or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Work Product

Upon full payment of all fees, any content, copy, or creative assets we produce specifically for your business under a paid engagement become your property. Work in progress or unpaid deliverables remain the property of Plumber SEO Services until payment is received in full.

Your Content

By submitting information, images, or materials to us (including through our contact form), you grant Plumber SEO Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of providing our services to you.

8. User Conduct

When using our Site or services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form submission
  • Use our Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to access any part of our Site or systems without authorization
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from this Site without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Site and services for any user who violates these conduct standards.

9. Disclaimers

Our Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumber SEO Services disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site

We do not warrant that the results of using our services will meet your expectations or requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plumber SEO Services and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to Plumber SEO Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plumber SEO Services and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Site or our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Any content or materials you submit to us

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine is harmful to our business or other clients.

You may stop using our Site at any time. If you are a paid client, termination of services is governed by the cancellation terms in your Service Agreement (see Section 5).

Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms shall survive any termination or expiration.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation before any legal action is initiated.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the United States, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We prefer to resolve disputes directly and amicably. Before taking formal legal action, please contact us at plumbersseoservices@gmail.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to address your concern.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients directly.

Your continued use of the Site or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and, if applicable, cancel any active service engagement per Section 5.
